This one-day dance program is for seniors 50+. Easy and fun dances provide exercise, meeting new friends and the opportunity to learn some cool dance moves. Enjoy the perfect blend of dancing and exercise.  Come out and have some fun with new friends.

SOCIAL FOXTROT,   WALTZ,   COUNTRY TEXAS 2 STEP

These classes are for the beginner and experienced dancers who want to

learn these type of social/ballroom dances. The style of Foxtrot is the

American Social that is danced at most Legion country dances. The style of

Waltz is according to the interests of the participants, such as social style,

American or International, and the Texas 2 Step is the chasse style generally

more popular in rural Canada.No dance experience is necessary. Find out

how easy and fun social/ballroom dancing can be.

This class is for beginners and experienced social dancers who want

to see how easy and fun the Texas 2 Step can be. The basic 2 Step

SWING/JIVE 

A very popular and fun social dance for all ages. This class is designed

for beginners and experienced dancers. Please sign up as a couple.
